Gray Skies Don't Dampen Scout Spirit --Photo by Eric San Juan It took more than a little rain to dampen the spirits of Cub Scout Pack 38, Brick Township. When rain threatened their planned mini-carnival at Windward Beach, scouts of all ages took to the basement of Visitation Church, Mantoloking Road, for a Sunday afternoon of fun, games, prizes and of course, tasty snacks. Pictured above, Wolf Scout Tyler Fitzgerald eagerly accepts some cotton candy from Michael Vecchio, who, also with a slew of volunteers, helped the weekend event go smoothly despite the last-minute change of venue.
