CELEBRATING 95 YEARS OF SCOUTING
TOMS RIVER - Scouts from the Lenape District recently attended a meeting of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders to celebrate the anniversary of Scouting. Freeholder Director John P. Kelly (center, left) presented a proclamation from the board of freeholders to Ethan Draddy, (center, right) Scout executive of the Jersey Shore Council Boy Scouts of America recognizing the Scouts and Scout leaders. Also attending the freeholder meeting was Manuel C. Fonseca, (far right) senior district executive, Jersey Shore Council.
