The Ocean County Foundation for Vocational-Technical Education held its 11th annual Chef's Night Out fundraiser at the Poland Springs Arena Ritacco Center in Toms River on Monday, March 6, an event which has grown in popularity from year to year, raising money to benefit Ocean County's vocational-technical schools and their students.

Funds raised through the event, as well as other fundraising initiatives undertaken by the Foundation such as its annual Motorcycle Poker Run and Casino Night, are used to provide student scholarships, to support the school's programs and to purchase state-of-the-art equipment used for instruction which would otherwise be unavailable through the school's annual budget.

During the course of the evening, patrons were treated to countless culinary delights presented by dozens of restaurants and food service providers throughout the area, while having the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring a wide array of sports memorabilia.
