Kids Proudly Display County Spirit OCEAN COUNTY - Winners of the 2008 My County Poster Contest pose with Ocean County Clerk Carl W. Block (left), Surrogate Jeffrey W. The winning posters, which depict fun scenes from Ocean County, were chosen from hundreds of entries created by fourth grade artists from 28 Ocean County elementary schools.
