Seventh Annual B-MAC Golf Tournament To Be Held

BRICK - The Brick Municipal Alliance Committee on Alcoholism, Drug Abuse and Youth Services (B-MAC) will host their Seventh Annual Golf Tournament on July 28 at the prestigious Eagle Ridge Country Club in Lakewood. The tournament begins with registration and breakfast at 7 a.m., shotgun start at 8 a.m. and a barbecue luncheon with prizes awarded at 1 p.m.

The fee is $150 per person and includes: green fees, golf cart, bag drop service, driving range, locker room facility, breakfast, lunch and prizes. Early bird pricing is also available. There are many sponsorship opportunities available from $50 up to $2,000 and all levels in-between.

Please support your community municipal alliance and call 732-262-4713 with your sponsorship or playing interest.

Funds raised through the annual golf tournament help B-MAC continue its mission of substance abuse education and juvenile delinquency prevention. B-MAC programs impact nearly half the township's youth and families. Last year, thanks to B-MAC's Peer Leadership and REBEL2 programs, every fourth and sixth grade student in the Brick Township School District received peer-led substance abuse education. In addition, thousands of middle school students were involved in safe and substance free recreational activities through the Brick Youth Club. Only ongoing community support can insure the continued existence of such high caliber prevention efforts. B-MAC is funded in part by the Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
