Family Resource Network Seeks Volunteers
BRICK - The Family Resource Network program Family Friends is an intergenerational program that matches mature volunteers with families that have children with a disability. The volunteer is asked to visit the home on a weekly basis, helping the family in many ways. Playmate, mentor and community companion are just a few examples of the many hats the volunteer can wear.
The family gets the extra support they so desperately need from volunteers that are with them by choice.
