Kimball Offers Self-Defense Class LAKEWOOD - Kimball Medical Center's Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street, Lakewood, is offering an ongoing program designed for women, age 12 and older. Moms and daughters are wel- come. Black belt instructor. The fee is $3 per one-hour class. Classes are held every second and fourth Monday at 5 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
